Keep Getting emails from postmaster@mail.hotmail.com…?

with delivery failure notifications. I rarely ever send send by e-mail and I got dozens of these at one time, all included an emotionally involved document and such. My additional send by e-mail sent me a random send by e-mail with an attachment on it as well. I rarely access my emails to send or do anything.

What is happening, is some spammer is sending out spam mail, using your send by e-mail as a return or “sender” address. Failed delivery results in the receiving mail ma?tre d’h?tel sending to Hotmail, notifying you that it failed. (that indicates a poor send by e-mail system that does not completely check the sender address, just high and mighty it is right ie: Hotmail)
This is all in view of the fact that the spammers are using your send by e-mail as the sender. It is doable they have guessed your Hotmail password, and using it, but more liable they just have your send by e-mail address, and using it as a return address to look legitimate.
Even if they have your password (change it to be sure…), it is hard to prove one way or the additional if they are using your tab, as they often delete the “Sent” folder messages (check it anyway…)
