   you can use msn massenger
   click add then type any send by e-mail address
   for ex-:
   123@gmail.com
   123@yahoo.com
   123@hotmail.com

   I have tried Trillian before. I do not know if it is compatible with Google talk.

   In my case,i use the original messengers for yahoo,msn and google talk when i wanna come online using pc. Additional time i use mobile phone application softwares to come online and chat with my buddies in msn,yahoo and google talk.
   http://www.mig33.com < == This not having the figure of accent and video but having the fascility to share the picture. Once you got the username in mig33, you can use their website for msn,yahoo and google talk without using your mobile phone.

   If you want to do accent chat using your mobile phone then you can go for http://www.fring.com

   Check the above sites to get to know more. the only thing you want to have is a compatible mobile phone and your mobile phone machinist should provide the internet acces via gpras or wifi.
